When I was younger I used to call myself an abstract artist. I did this not because I had any understanding of what that actually meant, I called myself that because it moved me forward. I can’t say that any of my pieces from that era were any good; I just never let it discourage me. As Walt Disney said, “We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

I think the word artist is a silly word. It’s a title you create for yourself expecting a sometimes unrealistic standard. Therefore I don’t call myself an artist. I suppose creator is better, but not quite right. I think I am a person who makes art. Flat out, no title is necessary. Sequoia
I took an Art Studio class this past school year. The first semester I created a stop motion film. Not so much my thing. The next semester I drew. That's definitely my thing. This is my first piece.
My friend and I did this thing for a while. It was we would each pick a word and we would draw what came to mind. Then show each other. I think this one was Anatomy Bricks...or something along those lines.
